About the position
Perido is looking for a recruiter, more specifically an experienced one within technical search & recruitment. You will be working for our client, a major player in the automobile industry. The role is fully remote, but the recruitment department has office spaces in Gothenburg, Lund, and Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, you will be a part of the recruitment team. You will be responsible for hiring profiles for Embedded Software Engineering and agile leaders. You will be kitted with a LinkedIn Recruiter Account and be a part of a team with 30 highly competent colleagues. Besides daily chats for teamwork, the team regularly meets two times a week to prioritize and divide tasks, as well as meeting the hiring managers on a weekly basis in a Scrum forum. We need you to feel confident in being the driver in the whole recruitment process and have the ability to present your candidates in a persuasive way.

We need you to:
Have an academic degree within recruitment
Master LinkedIn Recruiter to create, develop and maintain sourcing pipelines/projects and to make efficient search strings to find matching candidates to approach
Understand the basics of software development and the agile professions.
Be a true team player
Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment until 2022-12-31. Start 2022-06-13.
