You are a people person who has a passion for finding the best people and making them grow. You have a strong drive and ambition while at the same time a humble and team oriented attitude. You like to dig into different types of tasks, both
operational and strategic. You have been involved in the whole recruitment lifecycle, carried out search, headhunting and interviews including testing with candidates from different countries.
You have a relevant University degree and have been working a couple of years with recruitment and especially with IT recruitment.
Your verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English are excellent. You want to work in a dynamic and fast moving start-up.
The Job:
A unique opportunity for you who want to work in an entrepreneurial environment and help build a strong company both by recruiting and continues HR work. The Fyndiq team is growing rapidly and during 2013 we will be hiring about 10-20
more employees. You will have ownership of all HR-related questions and processes. You will hold full responsibility for the whole recruitment process from establishing role descriptions, writing advertisements, administrating the process, selecting
testing and interviewing candidates, and finally employing the best. In this process you will work closely with the managers for the different departments. Your work description also includes everything from labour law, HR-processes such as development talks and salary review to teambuilding and day-to-day questions
regarding the employees. Fyndiq is growing rapidly and an important aspect of the job is to lead the employer branding work.
This involves planning and execution of advertising both on- and offline, events, and collaborations with partners and universities both in Sweden and abroad. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
