As a consultant at TNG you will:

Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
* Effectively partners with Senior level Stakeholders, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise
* Holds full accountability for performance and results of senior-level searches
* Responsible for driving and executing on the TA strategy in line with the business strategy
* Builds, maintains, and owns extensive global TA projects
* Coaches/mentors more Junior Team members across the TA org
* Is participating in at least one TA project
* Drives collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners teams to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs and insights
* Works closely with business leaders to identify areas of challenge and helps provide a solution
* Can easily jump in on Director+ searches
* Can take on TA Lead responsibilities as needed. The TA partner role can be an expansion of the Sr Recruiter role but is not a role or title change
The Bigger Picture
We are looking for a candidate who is available and ready to take on this consulting assignment ASAP. The end date for the assignment till be 2023-12-31.
