To keep up our growth pace, we are looking for an excellent recruiter to join the team!
As a recruiter at Trustly, you will be working independently throughout the entire recruitment process to create job descriptions and job ads, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and manage the coordination and administration that comes with it. You will be hiring across all our departments, with a focus on tech and sales, in cooperation with the hiring manager.
Who you are:
• You have the ability to identify talent and you can use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively attract, evaluate, network and hire the best candidates. For the recruitment team to reach its goals, you'll need to work smartly and efficiently.
• You are a driven, positive "people person" who understands the importance of being a Trustly ambassador as the first point of contact for our future colleagues. You can combine speed with quality and you are a great communicator both internally and externally.
• To succeed in this role, you have at least two years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment. You have recruited management and specialist roles as well as more junior roles. Experience in IT recruitment is a huge advantage.
