For our client in Lund, we are searching for a Recruiter. In this assignment you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes covering a vast range of competence areas on many different levels within the company. You will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team of Recruiters and Resourcing Administrators and will work in close cooperation with line managers and other HR specialists.
As a recruiter, you will:
• Independently drive and be responsible for talent acquisition processes from profile specification all the way to the finalization, including compensation management.
• Act as expert advisor to line managers in recruitment matters.
• Proficiently use Competence Based Interview technique and selection tools such as video interviewing, assessments, and tests as part of the recruitment process
• Together with your colleagues within the HR community continuously improve and develop the recruitment process and other HR processes in order to deliver the optimal solutions to our clients.
This position will be located in Lund, Sweden but you will be working in a global setting.

Qualifications
• You have a University Degree within HR or equivalent.
• You have several years of experience in working with bigger organizations within recruiting.
• You have a professional command in English. Swedish is preferred.
• Previous experience from Competence Based Interview techniques and selection tools are considered merits.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-08-31 with possibility of extension. A drug test needs to be performed before the assignment starts. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client in Lund.
