WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Own full-cycle recruitment including search, screening, digital and physical interviews and reference check.
Support hiring managers from many different departments throughout the process. In other words, you will recruit all kinds of business related roles such as sales reps, project managers and accountants.
Search for candidates on LinkedIn and create proactive pipelines while securing a great candidate experience.
Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed with quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
You have a university degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
About 1 year experience of recruiting, preferably from a fast paced environment like ours.
You are used to having competency based interviews.
You are comfortable working in LinkedIn Talent Solutions
You speak and write English fluently, skills in Swedish are a plus.
A bonus is if you have experience from a rapidly growing company.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we've moved forward to the screening or interview phase.
Our recruitment process will include the following:
Psychometric tests via Alva Labs - We use science-based methodology.
Digital HR interview - Let's get to know each other a bit better!
Case interview - Do your magic and meet us face to face.
Reference check - Almost there!
Background check - Final step before we'll become colleagues.
