We are now looking for a recruiter to join or HR team!
In this position you will work with recruitments for all types of positions within Medius Europe, with Medius fast growth this is a very interesting position if you are into recruitment.
What will you do?
• Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level
• Collaborating closely with hiring- and HR manager
• Developing and improving recruitment strategies and processes
• Cooperating with the recruitment agencies as well as other external vendors
• As we have many recruitments ongoing simultaneously you need to be able to organize and work in a structured way but being also agile and flexible as the prioritization could switch quickly
• Participating in onboarding process together with HR Team
• Initiating activities related to internal and external Employer Branding
Who are we looking for
• Previous years experience in IT Recruiting and good understanding how a software company is functioning
• Knowledge and experience of the newest techniques for sourcing best talents
• Competence to build trusted relationship with hiring managers and other team members
• Great communication skills and a lot of creativity
• Sense of responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you
• Interest in Employer Branding
• Professional communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• To enjoy working at Medius and in this position you like a fast pace in work. This requires from you the ability to keep many things ongoing at the same time and a structured way of working.
