Are you passionate about finding the right person for the right position at the right time? Do you want to focus your HR expertise on working with the core elements of recruitment in close partnership with hiring managers to find the talents our customer needs? Are you also interested in engaging in planning and exceuting different Employer Branding activities?

What you will do:
You will drive end-to-end recruitment processes covering a truly broad range of competence areas on many different levels. You will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team of Recruitment Specialists, Resourcing Administrators and Emplyer branding specialist. You will work in close cooperation with line managers and other HR specialists.

You will focus on:

Independently drive and be responsible for recruitment processes from profile specification all the way to the finalization, including compensation management
Act as an advisor to line managers in recruitment matters
Proficiently use Competence Based Interview technique and selection tools such as assessments and tests as part of the recruitment process
Together with your colleagues within the HR Service Centre continuously improve and develop the recruitment process and other HR processes in order to deliver the optimal solutions to our clients.
Optimizing the visibility and marketing of our customers future potential employer, including planning, coordination and execution of activities towards students and young professionals.
Who you are

To be successful in this position you need to have a passion for recruitment and employer branding and a great interest in people. You can interact with a consulting approach on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity.

You thrive in an international, high pace and result oriented environment and have a strong quality focus and a structured approach. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
You probably work as an in house corporate recruiter, recruitment consultant or as a HR-generalist. You have a University Degree within HR or equivalent. Previous experience from Competence Based Interview techniques and selection tools are considered merits. A professional command of both Swedish and English is a must.
