Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling of contacts to help identify qualified candidates.
Collaborate and assist hiring managers to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements.
Maintain proper procedures with in-house Recruitment System to track and record all candidates and requisitions.
Create employment contract and offer positions to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy.
Visits all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
We are now seeking a Recruiter to join our Hiring team. As Recruiter you will be running the end-to-end recruitment process for all of our vacancies in the Nordics Region for DLBi/SR_ (Locations: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Copenhagen). You will be embedded in a local HR team and will report to our HR Director. You will work closely with a group of international Talent Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.
Must have
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, salary trends and relationship management.
• Must be able demonstrate leadership qualities in a fast paced, international environment while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
• Fluency in English a must, Swedish or Danish a nice to have.
