hela Sverige Klarna is now looking for an additional receptionist who can be ready to jump in upon short notice for one day or several days/month. As receptionist you will be a part of the Office Management division which is responsible for all internal service at Klarna; reception, administration, hosting and maintenance. Our goal is always to deliver excellent service to our colleagues and external clients/customers.
Your work tasks will include the following:
• Welcome visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
• Answer and forwarding phone calls
• Book and change meeting rooms
• Assist the recruitment team with administration of tests.
• Answer inquiries about our company.
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy in order to always make a good impression to our clients/customers, and colleagues.
Who are you
We are seeking for a positive, efficient and reliable person who enjoys a continuously changing environment. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. You have at least 1 years’ experience from service/ reception. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, extra language skills are a plus.
