Receptionist SWEEDS and tourist information
June - August 2022
The job
As a receptionist, you are the face of SWEEDS and the tourist information in Loftahammar. Your duties are to welcome SWEEDS guests and tourists, handle complaints and take measures to solve problems (with the help of third parties), sell SWEEDS services and souvenirs and search and share information about Loftahammar and Västervik municipality.
The position can be filled by a full-time employee or two part-time employees. Working days according to schedule, where Friday and Saturday are mandatory working days.
You
You are an enthusiastic and flexible person with a customer-oriented approach. You have relevant work experience from a similar position or have an affinity with Loftahammar. You have good knowledge of English, orally and in writing. You are representative and like to work independently. You have experience with computers as you will work with email, social media and our booking system.
