In ths position you are the first point of contact at our international office in Järfälla, Stockholm and as such, you are an important ambassador representing our Company.
With a service-minded attitude, you take full responsibility for our daily receptionist tasks such as greet and registrer visitors, manage our conference areas by coordinating bookings and logistics related to external visitors. On top of this, you also support the CEO and CFO as well as other functions, such as finance and HR with occasional administrative tasks.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with a background in the service sector, preferably from a company front desk or the hotel industry.
Your educational background is High school diploma or above (Swedish Gymnasieutbildning).
Since Silex has international visitors on a daily basis, you must be fluent in spoken and written English, whilst other languages is a plus.
You are confident working in MS Office.
As a person you have a high level of social skills and enjoy meeting people from different cultures. You are service minded, well organized and tidy. To be sucessfull in this role you need to be independent, driven and proactive. You like when things move fast and embrace the unforeseen!
