For the 50-ish people working at this office, you will be more than just a person sitting at a desk, you will be the one that enables their everyday lives. The one who brightens up their day, after a gray and rainy morning rush hour commute, with a sparkling "good morning". The one who makes sure that they are booked on the right flight home to see their kids after a long trip to a customer. Or the one who makes sure that colleagues celebrating anniversaries of having worked here for a while get the recognition they deserve. If that's not making a difference, then what is!
You will be in a culturally diverse position. We operate in four countries today which means that our colleagues and visitors speak different languages and have different cultural backgrounds. Therefore we hope that you enjoy an international atmosphere as well, and you probably speak several languages yourself?
You will be working in the Success Enablers team alongside with other cross-border functions that support our colleagues, such as HR, Financial and Marketing. Our office is situated in Slussen with a beautiful view of Stockholm! This is a part-time position (50%) and your main working hours will be in the morning (approx between 8-12). For the right person, there is a possibility to grow in the role and extend working hours as our business grows.
So what do you need to succeed in this role?
Well, there are a few crucial skills that we think are necessary for you to enjoy this role.
We are a fast-paced company which requires ability to organize and prioritize, as well as a proactive, flexible and genuine 'can do' attitude even under pressure.
Being a fast learner and having an interest in developing in the role as Avaus grows will be making your time with us much more fun and developing.
With excellent customer service skills and positive attitude you will excel in your role here.
And finally, fluent communication skills in English and Swedish will make your days much easier. Finnish or other languages are considered a plus.
Basically, willingness to take ownership and initiative, having a can-do attitude and a passion for service will take you far. A sparkling personality and a genuine will to create a world class employee experience will probably do the rest. Sounds reasonable, right?
