Dina arbetsuppgifter
• The Annual reception and assistant tasks
• Answering the switchboard (plus IP phones)
• Welcome our customers customer, sign them in and hand out visitor batches and keys to the boxes if needed
• Update track status on info board daily
• Create customer/temporary visitors sign in sheets
• Update phone lists weekly and send out
• Send and receive domestic and international parcels
• Handling purchases and purchases order chain
• Handling contact with local and foreign suppliers
• Arrange transfer for our customers staff/our customers customer (mostly to and from Airport)
• Handling HE invoices plus invoice sheet chain
• Booking conference rooms
• Support our customers staff in their daily work at the test centre (orders etc.)
• Daily fill up coffee/tea/milk/soft drinks in the our customers staff area
• Daily clean the tables, the counter, the soft drink and coffee machine and do the dishes in our customers staff area
• Pick up the post in the post box in Arvidsjaur
• Send out information by mail to our customers staff
• Assist with incidence reports & handling contact towards the insurance company and police if an accident occur
• Weekly update office schedule together with facility manager and put it in the info frames around the building
• Hand out COM-radios to customers going out on the tracks
• General administration work

Utbildning och erfarenhet
• Ensure that our customer has satisfied customers
• Preparing conference room for meetings (set the tables with china and coffee/tea/milk/soft drinks/cookies/candies/chips plus customer gift)
• Serving the customer presentations
• Organization/coordination of customer presentations including finishing slides/handouts/data files/CD's
• Purchase, packaging and hand out customer gifts
• Daily fill up coffee/tea/milk/soft drinks/cookies/candies/chips in the customer area (customer lounge & customer boxes A-D)
• Daily clean the tables, the counter, the coffee machine and do the dishes in the customer area
• Update presentation schedule together with facility manager and put it in the info frames around the building
• Update information board (mostly design)
• This is a professional where you should be very outreached, responsive, flexible and service minded, this since you have daily contact with our customers customer, suppliers and last but not least their own staff. Mainly you could say that you are the hub out at the test centre. You are the person who connects all the various department from workshop to customers to become one unit.
Swedish and English - both written and spoken, it is an asset to master the German language as well
Confidentiality agreements must be signed in accordance with our customers policy

Visstidsanställning 3 - 6 månader
Heltid
1st period: November 1st - December 23rd 2011 2nd period: January 2nd - April 30th 20

Ersättning
Hourly, by special arrangement
