hela Sverige This is a fulltime position based at one of our client sites in Stockholm. We are now looking for a rockstar Receptionist, you will have various tasks and will be a key player for Four FM, as well as for our client.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Answer telephone, e-mails and direct calls
• Greet persons entering organization
• Deal with queries from the public, customers and staff
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort mail, deliveries & packages
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• Co-ordinate meetings and organize coffee, drinks, catering.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment
• Control inventory relevant to reception area
• Tidy and maintain the reception area and areas related to the service (kitchenettes, coffee machines etc.
• Assist handyman/Janitor & Team leader on site
Qualifications:
Customer service background, fluent in English & Finnish.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 37,5h/week
Start date: Immediately
