Duties and Responsibilities
As the first point of contact on the reception you will be comfortable with cooperating with a wide range of internal and external groups, whether it be parent queries, students or school quests. You will work closely with other receptionists and with the safety team.
Other duties will include: answering emails and sorting post, answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary, greeting and welcoming visitors.
As a part of your duties, you will need to help in the school's canteen during the lunch hours.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will acquire a calm personality and be equipped to deal with potential pressured situations.
Experience in working at the reception or as a secretary.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of the additional languages is an advantage.
Experience working in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills.
A strong ability to establish good rapport with students and adults.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
