Good Morning and Welcome to Babyshop Group!

We are looking for a happy, problem solving and enthusiastic receptionist, for part time work, at Babyshop Groups HQ in our brand new office on Skeppargatan, central Stockholm.

You will play an important role with being the "face of the company" for our staff and visitors. We want YOU- a flexible doer who takes own iniatives, like changes and have good technical skills. You are not prestigious, and you always want to help out when needed regardless of the duties.

You will be working alone and therefore be fully responsible for the reception (we are about 100 employees in the building).

We would like you to own the routines and processes and always strive to find better ways of doing things.

Responsibilities:

• Happily, welcome guests and staff
• Book meeting rooms, deliveries, tickets
• Sometimes prepare lunches and fika
• Taking care of all incoming mail
• Make sure reception and conference rooms always looks fantastic!
• Be responsible of the cleaning company and other services and equipment's concerning the office (negotiation with new and existing office partners is a plus).

Requirements:

• Social Skills
• Excellent English skills, good understanding of Swedish
• Experience from a fast-paced environment
• Organized
• Doer
