Welcoming visitors and non-Swedish office employees
Collecting and distributing all incoming and out-going post and parcels
Maintaining, ordering and storing of stationery and office essentials
Make sure the whole office looks nice and tidy, including meeting rooms, the kitchen and other areas (office rounds)
Manage the kitchen with regards to dishwashers, coffee machines, fruit, milk etc
Booking and preparing courier parcels for domestic and International shipment
Ad hoc administration; assistance for Office manager and others
General one-off errands as needed
Booking of hotels and taxis in line with policy
You have experience of customer service related jobs and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have an eye for details and you love being organised
You take pride in keeping the office nice and tidy
You are problem solution oriented, service minded, helpful and friendly
You speak fluent Swedish and English
