The Role: Receptionist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day to day basis
• Administering general office activities
• Assisting the top management with their schedules
• Book keeping of expenses and filing reports on them on a monthly basis
• Assisting with drafting documents and mails as needed
• Arranging for all our incoming and outgoing events
Requirements:
• Must have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role preferably with a consultancy within our fields of activities
• Must be competent in both oral and written English and Swedish
• Depending on experience, must be at least educated to the college/high school level
• Willingness to occasionally work over time
• Hard worker, down to earth, and a team player
• Enjoy being in a multinational work environment
• Comfortable with working under tight and fast moving deadlines
