The company provides cost-estimate and life-cycle cost analysis (LCC-analysis) consultancy services for all types of construction projects, covering all life-cycle phases. The company also provides life-cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental impact declaration analysis for infrastructure projects as well as all included building materials. The company is helping its clients in being more cost-efficient and environmental-friendlier, simply helping its clients in being more sustainable.
Most of the company's todays assignments deal with infrastructure sector, such as bridges, roads, railways and tunnels. We are now investing in building a larger organization with expertise from different areas. As a first step toward this goal, the company intends to expand its services by covering covering other assets as such as residential houses, public buildings and other Real Estate and properties. Therefore, the we are looking for an open-minded, highly qualified specialist with a broad international experience to assist in achieving this goal. The specialist will support the company in providing the following consultations.
• Property valuation including land valuation for infrastructure projects and master communities
• Project management and strategic advice in the construction and civil engineering industry
• Property management
• Training courses on valuation, competitiveness and sustainability
• Expanding into international markets
• Community management
• Affordable housing
• Feasibility studies for infra projects
As a real estate strategic advisor with us, you usually run between two to four projects simultaneously. You work in several different stages, from preliminary study to detail phase often in interesting and prestigious projects.

We are looking for you as:
• Is an engineer, holding at least Master's degree in real estate, civil engineering, project management or any other related subject.
• Have documented experience from various construction projects and having the needed skills to plan and manage all types of construction projects and real estate assignments.
• You are used to working in a professional environment against knowledgeable and demanding counterparts with high demands.
• Own customer contacts are meritorious but not a requirement.
• English language proficiency is a demand, while Swedish language proficiency is a merit.
