About this opportunity
Real Estate's Global Workplace Community & Innovation (GWCI) unit strives to build a working environment crafted around our employee needs, maximising impact & value by constantly looking to innovate. GWCI is a small team covering a wide range of roles and responsibilities. This new position will dovetail with existing team members and their respective areas of developing of the total workplace ecosystem offering, enhanced communication to support understanding and use of workplace, local site strategy projects, and ongoing experiments. With the accumulative output across the different areas contributing to pushing the workplace experience agenda, the team is looking to expand.
This role will complement operational research, by adding the management layer and strategic vision to plan, identify new needs/ data sets/ investigations, and oversee delivery to streamline investigative efforts, There is flexibility in the location of the role, so the successful candidate should be understanding and agile in the requirements for performing their responsibilities across multi time zones.

What you will do
Have responsibility for the overall Group Function Global Operations Real Estate (GFGO RE) led research programme and strategy into the Ericsson physical workplace, the experience of the workplace and link to employee and business performance, satisfaction, and engagement.
Programme Management over research workstreams inc. ensuring consistency in delivery output, output structure (including reporting platforms e.g. Tableau or Power BI), governance, stakeholder management, approvals and toll gates, timing etc.
Identify aims, focus areas, and themes in research, ensuring all individual projects align and contribute to overall goals. Plan future research fields and workstreams.
Lead the data strategy for research- create and execute implementation of digital platform and analytics, develop structure inc. process and competence for data analysis, reporting format. Work in alignment with other Real Estate data analytic efforts.
Will require aspects of administrative work including Ericsson Compliance processes including GDPR approvals, legal review etc. If third parties are involved, role will include completing Sourcing processes and approvals for Partner selection.
Where feasible, undertake research and/or experiment activities.
Liaise and collaborate with other functions across Ericsson running research activity in employee experience (IT, People, Communications etc) to ensure alignment and where possible cross functional collaboration.
Collaborate with other GWCI team members in their respective responsibilities due to the dependencies between activities from Engagement, Ecosystem, & Community Leads
Potentially be required to support or lead Learning & Development activities for your subject matter across Real Estate


You will bring
Min years of 10 years experience including proven track record in following areas:
Research and/ or programme management (examples to be specified)
Data handling & analytics, strategic assessments & insight development
Experience in Power BI or similar dashboard platforms is an advantage
Setting strategic directions, delivering results and aim to innovate & improve.
Ability to execute and responsibilities and output to a high standard
Self-motivated and confidence in working on projects as a sole contributor, and as part of a global team across multiple countries.
Strong skills in effective stakeholder engagement and cross party management
Experience in workplace or real estate is not a requirement
Equivalent portfolio of work or academic qualification equal to a BA, BSc, Masters, or similar
