As a Real Estate Facility Manager with us, you are responsible for the management of both leased and owned premises and have daily contact with the businesses operating on the premises. You have budget responsibilities and are responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans. You participate as a requirements specifier in construction projects and coordinate property-related issues. You collaborate with business units and support functions and take overall responsibility for understanding current and future needs.
This position is based in Ludvika.

How you'll make an impact
Budget- and follow up responsibility for the various sites
Be the primary contact between Hitachi and property owners as well as their subcontractors
Place orders for assignments in collaboration with both internal and external colleagues
Planning and follow-up of both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as various construction projects
Ensure that applicable directives, regulatory requirements, and laws are followed
Financial follow-up and evaluation of entered agreements
Operational and personnel responsibility for the daily activities within the management unit
Your background
Relevant education and experience in property management within commercial premises and industries
At least 10 years of professional experience in similar roles with Knowledge in rental and contract law
Negotiation skills and good knowledge in leading meetings and projects as well as managing maintenance budgets
Experience in project management, reporting and developing maintenance plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
A driver's license is required
