Publiceringsdatum2016-07-04Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Regional Business Controller role is driving and leading financial processes within his/her region. As a business partner, the Regional Business Controller works closely with the business with analysis, follow-up as well as supporting business decision, consistently striving to maximize the added value in order to improve the business performance. The Regional Business Controller will focus on performance and value creation where the key responsibilities are to:
• Challenge and support in terms of efficiency and performance in line with the overall strategy and objectives, consistently striving to maximize the added value in order to improve the business performance in the region.
• Driving synergies and constantly prioritize the efforts based on risk and value creation within the region.
• Perform proactive controlling and drive the cost awareness in regional Real Estate management teams and other relevant teams in order to achieve short and long term financial targets.
• Support decision-making in providing relevant and thorough financial analysis and insights
• Implement financial guidelines and routines within the controlling area.
• Secure that Budget/Estimates are done for the region in line with guidelines and instructions.
• Challenge planning figures in their own area of responsibilities for the region.
• Analyze and report financial performance with comments for the region covering all financial responsible.
• Initiate and follow up improvement actions within the region.
• Actively contribute in developing routines, processes and ways of working on global and regional levels by sharing input and suggestions based on knowledge and experience.
• Translate and/or break down the target to regional/site level in order to support the global/consolidated targets.
• Participate or drive various projects within Real Estate and manage the authorization direc-tives locally.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for you with a university degree in finance with at least 4 years of working experience in business control. As a person you are result oriented, business minded, proactive, structured, analytical and a team player that acts/ thinks strategically with remained integrity. From your previous working experience you have very good accounting knowledge, financial follow up and business understanding where you are proficient in finance tools (SAP R3, BCS) with strong communication skills - fluent in swedish and english.
