PwC currently have about 190 employees in our Swedish Corporate Finance department and we offer a wide range of services. Together with our customers, we work in projects to achieve lasting strategic changes.
Right now we are looking for an analyst to join the Real Estate team, starting in January 2020 or earlier.
The Real Estate team has a strong industry expertise and solid transaction experience. We participate in most major property-related transactions through acquisition advisory or sales advisory (M&A). We also have a strong position when it comes to strategic advisory and real estate financial advisory.
Our clients include international real estate funds, listed companies as well as family-owned real estate companies and municipalities. As an integrated part of PwC's industry group, we carry out national and international projects.

Preferred skills
We believe it is important that you want to and can establish trustworthy contacts. You are easy to collaborate with, enthusiastic and positive. Other qualities we value are that you take initiative, possess an analytical ability and that you are creative and business minded.
We are looking for someone with a masters degree in real estate and construction management, or equivalent, or a masters degree in finance. Relevant business experience is premiered.
You should have an interest in real estate and the real estate industry, a good communicative ability and be able to express yourself in speech and writing both in Swedish and in English. Your personality should be characterized by commitment, responsibility, flexibility and proactivity.

This ad applies to associates for RE in Stockholm. We are also currently looking for associates to the following departments: FDD, DDV, M&A, V&A, CF Göteborg, Uppsala, Umeå and Luleå. If you are interested, you have the possibility to apply for more than one department.
