Volvo Cars is embarking on a substantial renewal of its commercial systems to secure a premium and seamless customer experience during the complete journey of researching, buying and using a Volvo. To this purpose, we are implementing the Salesforce platform across Marketing, Retail Sales and Customer Service. CRM is an integral part of the Salesforce project.

We are now looking for a Lead Integration Manager to join our team.

What you'll do

In this position you will be part of a group of 10-12 people managing the existing CRM platform and ensuring a seamless transition to our next consumer engagement platform. The team is highly competent and motivated. We strive to deliver the best solutions to our sales companies, dealers and customers and embrace the Volvo Car culture.

The position consists in supporting the product team working on Lead Management to we deliver a seamless and premium experience to our prospective customers. You will be expected to work closely with the key business stakeholders in order to:
* Establish the key marketing requirements for lead management
* Coordinate the relevant marketing programs related to lead management
* Ensure the lead data flow is in line with requirements
* Define and implement an omni-channel lead nurturing strategy

Do you fit the profile?

To be able to fully enjoy this position we believe you have a university degree in a relevant area and experience in digital marketing. You need to be experienced in strategies for lead generation, nurturing and conversion. It's also important that you are fluent in English, written and spoken.

It's meritorious if you have:
* Knowledge in Salesforce
* Experience from the car industry

On a personal level

Since you will be working in a team, it's important that you are a good teamplayer and communicate effectively. The area is still in an early phase so it's essential that you can easily adapt to a changing environment and have an eye for solutions and opportunities instead of problems. Further, you are passionate about customers!
