Do you want to be part of the journey to lead our Regional Center of Excellence Spoke Team in Nordics in Accounting to Reporting?
As RCoE AtR Manager, you will report to the Manager RCoE EMENA, and take an active role in the RCoE Management Team. In this position you will build, manage, and continuously develop the AtR team based in Sweden.
Your Mission
Manage the quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) processes for the Product Companies and Distribution Centers in Sweden and the Customer Center entities in Nordic Region in line with Epiroc Way, the globally defined process landscape and as per regional needs.
To liaise with External Auditors and Tax Authorities for Corporate Tax matters and regular audits.
Lead, motivate and develop the AtR team for maximum performance.
Coordinate day to day activities.
Continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.
Be part of improvements projects within Finance.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators and implement necessary actions to correct negative trends.
Ensure an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization. Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team.
Your Profile
University degree in Finance/Business Administration or its equivalent.
5-8 years of experience in managing a team in a multinational Center of Excellence organization will be an advantage.
You have navigated the intricate world of accounting and finance within multinational companies, honing your skills along the way.
Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and you have a knack for legal statutory and tax reporting.
Strong legal statutory and tax reporting knowledge and experience is an advantage.
You have knowledge of ERP systems and you are advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, from Outlook to Excel and PowerPoint.
Your natural leadership abilities make you adept at steering change with your visionary approach.
Ability to cultivate trust and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential to you.
Your communication skills, both written and spoken, are impeccable.
English knowledge is fluent.
Business ownership is ingrained in your mindset, fueling your dedication to your responsibilities.
Outstanding leadership and change management abilities are required, coaching, and giving feedback comes natural to you.

This role is located in Örebro (Sweden). Local terms and conditions will apply. Occasional travel is required.
