hela Sverige As one of the major players in the telecom Industry we are now looking for talented Base Station System developer. We work on the front edge in base station software/functionality and base station hardware system area. We optimize our products on performance, quality and cost and by that maintaining our technology leadership within our area.
As System developer you will work within the software/functionality areas on RBS level. You will lead technical studies/pre-development activities as well act as team leader in RBS SW projects all the way out to the field. You are expected to stay updated on new developments in the technical areas and methods and tools for system design.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Experience working with telecom systems pref. Radio Base Station Development
• Experience in system studies, system requirement definition and recognized contribution in resolving technical conflicts
• Positive attitude and a strong drive.
• Appreciate to contribute to a creative and innovative environment.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Considerable experience in requirement handling
EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Technical education on university level or equivalent.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
• Ability to develop medium/long term vision and anticipate technology trends so that long
lead time study/development activities are started in advance
• Ability to priorities work and deliver under pressure - i.e. enhanced sense of urgency when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player open to new ideas and sharing knowledge with other team members
• Ability to work in a multi-national team
• Solution orientated, can-do attitude
