Österlenmejeriet is located in Lunnarp, Tomelilla in Österlen. The Dairy was bult in the late 1950's and in the yearly 1960's. Today the Dairy produce and package juices fruit drinks, and dairy products. Since fall 2010 the factory is owned by ProViva AB which in its turn is owned by a joint venture between Danone AB and Skånemejerier.
Österlenmejeriet AB is currently looking for a
Raws and Pack Purchasing Manager
who wishes to develop his/her career in a world leading FMCG company. Thanks to our strong international presence, in more than 50 countries, Danone offers good

The position is based in our factory in Lunnarp (Tomelilla), Sweden, and will be hierarchically reporting to Purchasing Manager Nordics.
What will be your scope?
• > 500 Mio SEK budget for raw materials, packaging and factory purchases
• > 250 materials & packaging suppliers co-operating with the company
• > 600 material references
What will be your job?
• Create and implement new strategies, purchasing solutions in order to streamline the process and minimise cost.
• Initiate, lead and implement Productivity & CO2 reduction Projects. (Booster and Purchasing Method)
• Define and map a purchasing process for the factory costs
• Become the Expert of the category: market analysis, spend analysis, internal needs, TCO, cost models.
• Be Accountable for the Purchasing Budget, manage risks and opportunities to the budget and claims.
• Manage Security of Supply: Implementing Market Risk Management (contract coverage), dual sourcing, contingency planning, quality, service level.
• Innovation: Capture innovation from suppliers, initiate and contribute to innovation projects bringing TOP line contribution.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain and develop suppliers including Partner for Growth Workshops, performance evaluation and feedback.

Competences
• Master/University degree
• 4-5 years working experience in Purchasing, ideally Raw and Packs
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills to create best-in-class solutions and lead step change
• Excellent Project management skills and being able to communicate at different levels.
• Experience with stakeholder management in a complex matrix organization.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with good negotiation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish.
