hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Raw Material Coordinator to join our dedicated production department. As Raw Material coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all raw material information for women's and men's materials, from placing production orders to ensuring quality levels, as well as negotiating bulk prices and follow up closely on deliveries.
The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic; no day is ever the same. You will be based at Acne Studios Head Office in Stockholm and have commitments that requires travelling.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Responsible to collect raw material information on pricing, production lead-time, minimum quantity, surcharge level and special documentation from our fabric development team
• Responsible of fabric and trims quality testing before placing production orders to ensure material meets company standards
• Negotiate production prices with the mills and source replacement materials if required
• Manage bulk production from order placement to on-time deliveries of materials to suppliers and highlight potential delivery issues
• Work on material pre-booking following Retail and Wholesale inputs
• Manage allocations from mills to suppliers
• Review and approve bulk head ends and inspection reports
• Maintain close relationship with mills in daily communication and on-site visits
• Work closely with woven production team to ensure standard processes across departments
• Academic degree, from business school and/or textile education
• Minimum 4 years' experience in material production/sourcing/buying role, preferably from high-end fashion brands
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications - particularly Excel
• Advanced knowledge of quality- and fabric and trims production processes
• Managerial skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and with suppliers
• Flexible, energetic, detail-oriented with strong follow-through
