Job Description
To our amazing team at BA CEDO we are now looking for a Range Design Leader who knows how to lead with a vision and challenge what already exists. You will lead the building of a complete cooking and eating experience, as well as the creative process for better homes solutions with the starting point at Life at Home and the needs of our customer. As a part of the Range & Product Team your main task is to show the way forward, by exploration and implementation of strategic and tactical movements and frameworks, that will further strengthen the range of CEDO. You will do this in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders across the value chain. As a considerable part of this assignment, you will enable the Development teams to take decisions and move forward in the creative process of development to strengthen the IKEA Identity and Democratic Design.
Furthermore, you will:
Develop, engage, and inspire a network of relevant competencies to find and set the best possible product range offer
Lead for healthy and sustainable living and circular solutions
Lead for unleashing the full potential IKEA being production-oriented retailer
Describe and deliver to our unique IKEA Identity
Qualifications
We are looking for you who knows how to manage a portfolio and an offer that reaches many more - an offer that is loveable, easy to access and that many more can afford. In other words - Democratic Design is your guiding star. Built on your enthusiastic leadership you will create preconditions for team's development and resource planning of the product design development. Engagement is a corner stone in your leadership, and you know how to involve the teams in the creation of range and product plan for best possible hand over of development projects. You have a proven record of working with finding out the best methods, creation, and validation of customer value propositions. You know how to create and secure deliveries across HFB range and product plan, including launches and activities in accordance with the One IKEA Range and product plan. It 's about juggling both - short- and long term, high and lower complexity in a dynamic business, working on strategic, tactical, and operational level and you are the one for the task. Furthermore, your analytical skills are solid, and you have a good ability to transform, and communicate, knowledge and insights in life at home to action on range level (Market- & cultural knowledge, Customer Segmentation, Business, Trends). You are passionate about creating clarity and finding structure.
Then you are going to work in an international context, you are fluent in English, both verbal and in written. You make it happen! Just so.
