Requirements:
Good knowledge of RAN Test Environment, RBS/GnodeB/EnodeB configuration, Network Architecture, Node Function, Protocols, Call Flow and Release's.
Responsible for Integration and Configuration of RAN Nodes and solution as TED (Test Environment Design) for LTE & 5G (NR-SA/NSA) technologies.
Providing Solutions to service providers to evolve their radio access network from their existing configurations to the target future states - considering evolved LTE/5G, New Radio (NR), Non-Stand Alone (NSA), Stand Alone (SA).
Defining test strategies, test plans test case design & Co-ordination with developers to rectify the problems and provide support to them.
Reproducing the scenarios in R&D Lab, taking into consideration customer requirements.
Analyzing & investigating various logs using different Protocol Layer analyzers. (RRC, RLC, MAC, PHY, SCTP, NAS) & Validate message flows and Information Elements.
Good understanding of different layers of 5G /LTE, FDD/TDD protocol Stack.
Preparing Test reports, Monthly reports for Kanban and ORM meetings.
Handling Build Plan meeting & CR Review Meeting with customer for preparation of new STP.
Extensive knowledge of RBS 6000, RBS 2000, EVO RNC 8200,
Good knowledge Of AXE Hardware like AXE810 APG43, APG40, CP.
Knowledge of RF tools, IT processes and IT tools & Infrastructure.
Contribution to implement continuous improvements in the organization.
Good knowledge of the relevant industry standards and architectures (3GPP, ETSI, ITU)
