We are now looking for a RAN/RNC engineer (second line maintenance) with deep experience within Nokia in order to manage the in-depth specified technical support at a Network Operation Centre.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manage the in-depth Network Element technical support for the RNC or related equipment in the network operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
• Correct RNC faults and performance degradations in the managed network
• Responsible to involve the development and implementation of operations and maintenance processes
• Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment
DELIVERABLES/PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Good co-operation with the main interfaces
• Problems solved or escalated to the correct group/team
• RNC or related NE's downtimes decreased
• RNC or related NE quality in the network improved
