Dellner Couplers in Vika, south of Falun, is an expansive and international company that delivers sustainable, innovative and high-quality products and services to train operators and train builders worldwide. Our products consist of couplers, gangways and crash management systems for the railway industry.
As a RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety)/LCC (Life Cycle Cost) & Manuals Manager you will manage an international team of 20 engineers specialized in their field of work. The teams are situated in Vika Sweden, Chennai India and Gdynia Poland. As a manager we expect you to be a clear and communicative leader in order to support and develop competence and build motivation in your team. You will manage the resource/staff planning based on the duties and involvement in customer projects and give input to the SOP process.
Since we are a highly successful and rapidly expanding organization, you will focus on change management, drive and support innovation and improvements with the employees in your team.
The position is placed in Vika and you report to Global Engineer manager and you will be a part of the Engineering Management Team.
We assume
• You have a BSc or MSc in Engineering or equivalent
• You have minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• You have prior experience in managing teams
• You are fluent in English, Swedish and preferably one more European language
Success factors
• You have a communicative and clear leadership
• Good technical understanding and analytical skills
• Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues, other departments and subsidiaries.
Traveling will be necessary in accordance with the project requirements.
