Our Exciting Opportunity!
As a Radio System Designer in the PDU Radio - radio products Sweden, you will work with a wide network of senior designers, specialists, and partners across the global radio development organization. You will be involved in solving technical challenges and develop innovative new technologies for our world leading multi-standard Radio Products. The right person for this task understands the big picture, has a detailed capable drive and a pragmatic way of dealing with all types of challenges. We believe that you have experience from previous technical developments to bring to our team. You will
• Develop our Radio System, putting requirements on both software and hardware. Securing that developed products meet operators high requirements.
• Contribute to early phase technical and product analysis.
• Contribute to our technical leadership in the high band portfolio
• Seek and embrace sophisticated technical challenges
• Drive continuous improvements of radio products and processes, faster implementation of new technology into radio products
• Develop competence in radio technical domain and related RAN network knowledge
• Drive and/or participate studies, pre-development activities and radio solution team activities
• Collect and share knowledge in the radio competence network globally
To be successful in the role you must have
• with Master or above degree
• 5 year or more work experience is highly encouraged
• at least one experience in the following area is required, the more the better:
• radio architecture design on HW and SW
• leading teams, projects or organisations
• radio TX/RX SW development/integration/verification
• radio digital/ASIC driver or platform SW development
• Analog/radio electronics development
• signal processing and mixed signal(AD/DA) digital design
• DPD or algorithm design and simulation, Familiar with Matlab and/or network
• Energy efficiency and temperature handling
• 5G OTA/beam forming and antenna
• 3GPP standardization
• Business understanding: deep understanding 5G and Radio business
• Working with people and networking, good networking ability
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Planning and Organization
