We have 2 categories.
Digital Radio Developer RAN
• Active part in customer solution design;
• Requirement analysis;
• Close cooperation with other radio designers;
• Close cooperation with CPU, FPGA and RF circuits vendors;
• Digital radio SW design and optimization;
• Timing solution for complete radio, SW part;
• Digital radio SW validation;
• Design documentation;
• Functional troubleshooting;
• Support field performance activities.
2. Timing & Synchronisation Developer RAN
• In-depth knowledge of timing and syncronization development for mobile networks, especially on 3GPP LTE and NR;
• Familiarity with disaggregated/cloud RAN for LTE/NR and associated transport/timing aspects, including latency and bandwidth;
• Familiarity with: GPS, IEEE 1588 (G.8265 and G.8275), IEEE 802.1CM, syncE, PTP, NTP protocols and their use in the RAN network;
• Familiarity with implementation of such solutions in software and hardware and impact on routers;
• Familiarity with programming network switches and routers for such support and providing end to end timing synchronization across the network;
• Excellent inter-personal skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent presentation skills for a variety of audiences including executives, partners, and customers;
• Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts;
• BS Degree in EE or CS. MS Degree highly desirable;
• Right to work in Sweden;
• Significant experience in mobile telecommunications industry.
