Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Radio SCM Process Manager to own and create optimized supply plan each month for the specified time horizons. Enables the dimensioning of resources to fulfill targets of lead time, delivery precision, cost, and capital. Selected candidate will monitor and take corrective actions in the S&OE process to close any gaps or alerts.
Other tasks include also hosting Radio SCM related process areas, driving integrated business planning and deployment and initiating improvements in the plan process based on strategic priorities. Selected person will join plan process community and collaborate with plan process owner/drivers and is a super user for plan process and supply chain management area as consultant. Hired candidate will be a competence plan driver in process area and train stakeholders in forecast and planning related topics.
This position reports to the Head of Radio SCM (Networks SCM).
You will
Lead & facilitate the S&OE process
Plan principles & methodology
Operate collaborative planning
Be responsible for performance & improvement management
Create & communicate supply chain plans
Provide capability & consequence analysis
To be successful in the role you have
University degree in Engineering / Business or equal work experience
At least 5 years of experience in similar area
Process management experience
Experience from supply, logistics and/or production
Good knowledge in mathematical and statistical analysis
Supply chain & supply process expertize skills
