Our Exciting Opportunity
Product Development Unit Radio (PDU Radio) drives the end-to-end research and development of Ericsson's radio products and solutions. We are a global organization, within Development Unit Networks (DNEW), of approximately 3,000 engineers and developers collaborating across nine sites in Canada, China and Sweden to drive Ericsson's strategy of securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G.
About Common Radio Modules
Common Radio Modules focuses on enabling fast introduction of common key technologies and driving common solutions, modularization and reuse work to the next level. It includes global teams working on software development, algorithm development, digital and mixed signals, and production test development.
About the Role
At the project Office within Common Radio Module(CRM) in PDU (Product Development Unit) Radio, we are now looking for a program Manager. The Project Office within CRM is responsible for the E2E development and release of ASIC products towards all Ericsson radios. The main office is located in Kista, Stockholm but there are also operations in Lund, Lindholmen, Beijing/China and Ottawa/Canada.
You will
Lead technology roadmap into products with project team, including scope, cost and schedule management
Ensure key stakeholder communication on the program status and key milestone
Drive for timely fact-based decision even when paradoxes are present with stakeholders
Manage and follow-up RoC development portfolio, including portfolio plan, capacity and budget.
Drive and implement continuous operational /flow improvement with organization
Coach and support project manager with aligned WoW

Leadership Requirements
Significant experience as a leader of complex technical organizations- experience of being able to lead with empathy and humanness to motivate, develop and inspire teams and role model appropriate standards of behavior through uncompromising integrity
Thrive on accountability, overcoming challenges with a can-do attitude, motivated to surpass the expectations of stakeholders
Good product understanding on radio or digital/ ASIC development/industry areas
Big-picture perspective with across PDU with cooperation and communication
An interest to constantly learn, communicate, interact, share information, and willingness to help others

To be successful in the role you must have
MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Minimum 10 years working experience on project or line management areas are required
Experience in industrialization of complex technical hardware products
Experience in ASIC development is a merit
Experience from software development is a merit
Agile and Lean way of working experience
