We are looking for a Global Product Manager to work in the Bioprocess Downstream Hardware Core and Custom team. The product manager will be responsible for the large scale chromatography column hardware portfolio.
What you'll do
Product management of our large-scale chromatography column portfolio, including AxiChrom process & XL columns, and Chromaflow columns. Drive continued focus to maintain Cytiva as no 1 chromatography supplier.
Represent "voice of the customer" for your products inside Cytiva, making sure market and customer needs are reflected in the product lifecycle strategy.
Develop and drive the product life cycle strategy of the portfolio, including recommendations of investments and/or development to keep the portfolio vital and competitive. Collaborate with other Product Managers to provide solutions for our customers.
Be the active Product Management representative in on-going R&D activities within the portfolio.
Through close collaboration with commercial teams and supply chain ensure efficient supply of products in line with market needs.
Support the commercial organization with marketing material and sales tools.
Proved sales and profitability forecast to internal stakeholders.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Life Sciences/Biotechnology
Proven experience in a Life Sciences based business and good understanding of the biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment and the needs of the customers in this market
Understanding of chromatography and column packing is considered a plus
Strong business and technical acumen
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Good interpersonal and communication skills, plus experience of using these skills to participate in and influence cross-functional teams
Customer focused mindset and experience of customer/market focused activities
Operates in a goal-oriented way with proven personal drive and delivery performance
Valid Swedish working permit
