We are looking for a proactive and skilled Field Resource Manager Nordics to join our team in Sweden. If you have longed for working at the forefront of wind energy, this is an exciting next step on your career path.
How to contribute to our vision

As a Field Resource Manager you will be in charge of the implementation of and adherence to strategies, policies, processes and methods for service operations activities (technical and commercial) for your team of app. 20 travelling technicians which will work across the Nordic countries but focused on Sweden.
This is a new team which will work on rotation, so some work outside normal working hours (weekends, bank holidays) can be expected.
The work location is flexible, but some working days in the SGRE office in Solna is required.
With technicians working across the Nordics some travel will be necessary.
The team has its own admin support to assist you and the technicians.

In particular your tasks will be:
Building the team, ensuring the right type of colleagues are hired and developed
Onsite operations management: Coordinating with stakeholders, prioritizing between tasks and ensuring that the technicians have everything that they need to work safely and with focus on quality.
Ensure availability of resources to provide both planned service, troubleshooting, main component replacement and possibly high voltage inspections of switchgears and transformers
Support with budget creation, follow up on costs, provide forecasts and deliver on KPIs
Provide excellent leadership for your team
Ensure that all work is performed safely and with the right quality

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...
Leadership experience, ideally with technicians, is key for this position.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in Engineering, Management of Technology, Production Management or has in other ways achieved strong experience and skills with Operations management of heavy industry operations or service management. Electrical experience is an advantage.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.

As you will be in contact with local technicians, and managing contracts in both English and Swedish, it is required to speak and understand Swedish.
