We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader for our R&D department, which develops and maintains several software applications and is just about to start a major cloud SaaS project.
Responsibilities
Our R&D Team consists of ten software developers, including two testers. The team develops next-generation software for rail and metro signaling systems development. The team has solid expertise in, for example, compiler technology. Our next step is to build a web-based product portfolio for our customers. As a team leader, you lead the work towards migrating our software to the cloud. Your focus areas are project management, planning, architecture and leadership. Since our company continues to grow, recruiting skilled developers is also part of your work.
Your Profile
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS implementation. You are equipped with the expertise to navigate complex projects and deliver successful results. A solid understanding of software development methodologies, data integration, and system architecture is needed in this role. You have a collaborative approach that fosters effective communication, cooperation, and synergy among team members. Our Team Leader has a natural ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams to achieve project objectives. As a person you are humble, yet driven, you believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and safety. You build trust and relationships at all levels. Fluency in English is essential.
