Would you like to take part in the development of future technology needed to support the next wave of the energy revolution? We are looking for our new Team Manager to join the energy revolution and help develop our FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) products for active control of the power grid of the future.
This is a visible role in a truly global and cross-functional environment, at the cutting edge of technology. As our R&D Team Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 10 highly skilled R&D Technology leaders and experts.
We operate under the governance of a Scaled Agile Framework and apply best practices in terms of agile and lean development. Your main tasks will be to enable knowledge build-up and to ensure efficiency improvements and process development activities. You are responsible for department budget and HSE.
In this role, you will have close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders, such as Product Management, Supply Chain and customer Engineering.
Your responsibilities
In this role as Team Manager you will be responsible for the technical leadership of Power Quality R&D initiatives
In your area of responsibility also includes HSE of your Team
Drive budget of your department and report of Global Power Quality Projects and take initiatives
Coaching team members to support their professional competence development
Support optimized utilization of global footprint
Driving continuous improvement and quality improvement within your domain
Responsible for technical lead governance and processes within Power Quality

Your background
Master's degree within Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or have some years' work experience
Strong leadership, management and communications skills
Team-oriented and innovative personality as well as solution-oriented working style
You are confident, both on a personal level and in your leadership

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
