The R&D team is responsible for the electronic development of softstarters, contactors and arc guard systems providing state of the art motor starting and safety solutions for the industry.
Your responsibilities
Creating technology roadmaps and providing input regarding technology strategy planning.
Planning and ensuring optimal project portfolio for the team including planning of capacity, people and resources for R&D projects.
Ensuring competencies are developed within the team to support development of future products and systems.
Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
Driving and fostering a culture of innovation.

Your background
Master of Science degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of working experience.
Experience from working as a Project Manager.
Preferably you have also worked with software or hardware development.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Proven leadership capabilities.
Fluency in English, written and spoken alike.
