Main Job Responsibilities
• Be responsible for development of R&D procedures and standards working as a writer and leadership of multifunctional teams
• Perfom DFMEA routine as leader of the process by setting the meetings and a role as a facilitator of the team
• Support PLM system implementation and maintenance at R&D Department
• Perform internal auditing in order to ensure the documentation quality and readiness
• Perform as R&D representative for quality auditing, including customers and certification institutions

• Knowledge of DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) AIAG & VDA FMEA updated version
• Knowledge of Lean Office of Lean Manufacturing Concepts and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) techniques
• Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts
• Knowledge of APQP and Stage Gate concepts
