The R&D Quality Manger is the Quality & Operational excellence (OPEX) responsible person in the areas of T&SD at Grid and Power Quality Solutions within Grid Integration. The role supports the organization in developing safe and clear processes for more efficient operations, and thus ensure increased competitiveness through improved quality and lower costs.
Your responsibilities
As R&D Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager you will be a contact person and coordinator of OPEX related issues, and be responsible for transferring, monitoring and controlling quality-related information between internal stakeholders including but not limited to Quality organization and the R&D organization.
Responsible to ensure Processes availability such as adequate and consistent instructions and guidelines; adequate process descriptions, maps etc. and implementation in new IMS; ISO standard compliance and audits.
Coordinate Quality organization and peer functions with the R&D organization initiatives.
Being responsible for Non-Conformity management
Responsibility for Continuous improvement such as Quality Improvement Plans, smaller and larger improvement initiatives, Lessons Learned - capture and basis for improvements.
Responsibility for leading business critical task forces as requested.
Your background
You hold Master's degree within Electrical Engineering, computer science or equivalent.
You have proven experience in leadership roles.
You are experienced in ISO standard compliance, audits and leading quality initiatives.
You are described as organised, quality driven and self-confident team player who can handle both ups and downs and manage problems that may occur.
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
