Job description
You will be a part of the R&D project management office in Finspång, Sweden which is part of the global R&D project management office for Distributed Power Generation. The office is responsible for budgeting, planning, executing and following-up all ongoing R&D projects carried out within the organization.
Your roll as an R&D project manager means that you will have the responsibility to start-up, execute and finish R&D projects on-time, delivering agreed scope, to the right quality and cost.
The general responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Managing and direct the project on a day-to-day basis
* Direct, develop and motivate the project team
* Collaborate with program managers or related projects to ensure that work is not duplicated or overlooked
* Responsible for project deliverables capable of achieving the benefits in the specified business case

Who are you?
For this role as an Project Manager you need to have a driving and target oriented personality with good analytical capabilities. To do well in a high tempo environment you also need to be solution oriented, structured and having good networking skills.
Experience in:
* Project management
* Having minimum a bachelor degree (Science and/or Economics)
* HMS Project experience (or equivalent)
* Having a minimum of 3 years professional experience in different operative and functional units, resulting in a broad project management knowledge
* It is also a plus if you have a project management certification (PMP, IPMA, PM@Siemens)
