In this role you will be part of a global R&D team within Transformers, powered by talented engineers located in different countries. Working in R&D will give you the possibilities to use your creativity to solve a wide spectrum of challenges. You will have exciting and varied work in front of you where you will get a broad network internally and externally.
Your responsibilities
Lead product development efforts using a multitude of processes and tools
Accountable for timely delivery as well as owning, planning, developing, and maintaining the projects
Proactively coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards
Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
Coordinate the development of documents needed to enable successful implementation
Conduct post project evaluation, analyzes project data, and identifies successful and unsuccessful project elements

Your background
We highly value your personality and your willingness to learn and explore new areas. You enjoy working in a team and recognize that good collaboration skills are important to succeed
You hold a university degree in a relevant area, such as project management, electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or similar
Line or project management skills are desired, as well as experience in project management tools and models
Knowledge of manufacturing and product development is a requirement while experience in Power Transformers is an advantage
You communicate well, have a structured way of working and have a strong interest to drive and implement improvements and changes
Fluency in English, written and spoken alike, is a requirement
