Start-17 Sep 2020 till 01 Oct 2021
Language- Fluent English
Job description:
• Drive implementation of the micro-business solution at least coming 9-12 months Interaction with main program manager for ECA R&D
• Interaction with other client units as needed for micro-business development work
• Interaction with XaaS related to delivery to deployment, networking and operations of the solution
• Establish project plan
• Drive project execution
• Handle stakeholder engagement
• Define scope, time, costs, and quality in accordance with the agreement made with SPMs and system management
• Secure necessary resources and plans and monitors all necessary activities
What are the tasks / milestones:
• Study and accept assignment
• Identify stakeholder expectations
• Conduct baseline meetings
• Analyze impacts and communicate to stakeholders
• Align project team towards goals
• Secure processes and WoW
• Secure handover and involved line organizations, stakeholders
• Secure innovation activities to ensure quality of the product
• Establish project plan baseline
• Follow-up on problem solving action plan
• Handle escalations
• Report project progress and deviations
• Empower and support project members
• Ensure execution of project activities
• Perform risk activities
• Communicate achievements clearly
• Follow up cost charged to the project
• Drive improvement of project cost
Qualifications:
• Background in R&D
• Excellent English
• Very good Project management and communication skills
