The projects cover anything within our broad range of products and services within train connection systems. As the Project Manager you will manage the project team allocated to the project and coordinate team members to secure progress and result. You will manage project budget, resources required, time plan and coordinate activities through all milestones to ensure the project follows our internal project processes and procedures. From the project kick-off through planning, purchasing, design, prototype validation to product launch.
As the R&D Project manager you will work closely within our development team as well as cross functional and serve as the key contact for the project stakeholders to assure that projects are completed on time and in compliance with the requirements.
You will be placed at our head office in Vika, Falun and you report to Development Manager. Traveling can be required in accordance with the project requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Education & Job experiences:
• Minimum of 3 years' university degree within the area of the responsibility
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience or equal, preferably applied in technical projects.
It 's a plus if you have:
• Project management certification
• Knowledge in SharePoint.
• Prior experience of working in railway related industry
Personal skills:
• Service and result-oriented with good technical understanding and commercial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
• Well organized and structured, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Swedish.
