We are now looking for a Project Controller R&D to join our Business controlling team. You will be part of a small, experienced team with a broad field of work. Your role within the team is very independent and you are functionally part of the global Technology & Innovation Team in Germany.
The challenge
* You are responsible for the financial controlling of the Service unit's R&D projects at our main development hub in Finspang, Sweden and as such you are key to further improve our reporting processes and to ensure full transparency of the portfolio.
* You are the main commercial support to the local R&D / Technology & Innovation organization and work with a high degree of independency while also being a part of the global Technology & Innovation Team.
* Analysis of project performance; cost development vs budget and project progress (milestones)
* Assurance of the correctness, consistency and transparency of the project's financial status
* You contribute to the budget planning and coordinate the monthly forecasting process for the portfolio (e.g. forecast quality, forecast development and forecast deviations)
* You support the organization in developing the business cases and you evaluate the actual return on investment
* You drive data quality in the global R&D database and develop performance KPIs and controlling tools (e.g. Tableau)
* Support to the Program- and Project Managers in general commercial issues
Who are you?
* You have successfully completed a Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration or comparable
* You have several years of experience in controlling of business- and/or R&D projects
* You have advanced skills in SAP (Atlas), MS Excel and further Business Intelligence Tools
* Your English is business fluent and you have extensive intercultural experience
You have strong analytical-, organizational- and communication skills and are a team player
