We hear every day about climate change, renewable energy, and the challenges of creating a stable and reliable power system across the world. In this role, you are making a difference by coordinating R&D activities in the Power Quality domain, which, in turn, will support stable electricity transmission.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional EPICs (agile term; similar to projects) in close collaboration with the responsible line management
Collect and clarify requirements and drive prioritization with multiple stakeholders
Drive the implementation of the backlog in a transparent and efficient way and ensure quality and timeliness of releases
Responsible of risk and opportunity management and change control within the technology platform's scope
Define and track metrics for the technology platform, and take responsibility for efficient project reporting and stakeholder management
Support the roll-out of releases and ensure smooth handover to the line organization
Support the R&D organization in continuously improving the processes and ways of working towards increasingly lean and agile methods
Setup and manage partnerships with external R&D and suppliers
Your background
You hold a university degree or tertiary education in a technical field or have 5 years of work experience
3 years of project management or comparable leadership experience
Experience in Power Systems with STATCOM is a plus
Strong team and leadership skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
